At Jesmore, we follow a proven project model that ensures quality and structure through every phase of the project. This model is divided into six phases, each with a clear set of activities and milestones. Here’s an overview of the key steps in our process:
Phase 1: Sales Preparation
We begin with thorough planning, developing the project plan and timeline, gathering essential information and drawings from similar projects, and assessing risks. This phase also includes defining the project organization and conducting kickoff meetings to ensure alignment among all participants from the start.
Phase 2: Mechanical Design
In this phase, we focus on the design of the physical parts of the project in our CAD system, creating the mechanical design documents, conducting risk assessments, and compiling documentation packages and spare parts lists. This work ensures that all necessary components are prepared for production and the customers maintenance team.
Phase 3: Electrical Design
In the following phase, we develop the electrical design, including wiring diagrams, component specifications, and safety protocols. We conduct further risk assessments tailored to the electrical components and ensuring that everything is ready for production and installation.
Phase 4: Production
With the designs complete, we proceed to production and shipment planning. We review components, conduct tests, and prepare for Installation. We also perform quality control checks to ensure every part meets the project’s high standards for quality and functionality.
Phase 5: Installation
During the installation phase, we coordinate logistics to ensure all necessary resources and materials are available. A thorough startup and test of the installation take place at JESMORE and then once more at the customer’s site to verify that everything operates as intended.
Phase 6: Handover
Finally, we perform the closing tests and complete the documentation. We review the project with the customer to confirm all requirements are met. The project concludes with customer sign-off, and we train operators and maintenance teams to use the new system effectively.
